Cancellation Policy

When you can cancel

An order can be cancelled for free while it's still Pending, Confirmed, Processing, or Packed. Cancelling releases the stock and delivery-slot capacity it was holding immediately.

When you can't

Once an order is Out for delivery, marked Ready for pickup, or already Delivered/Picked up, it can no longer be cancelled from the app -- the goods have already left the store. At that point, see our Return & Refund policy instead.

How to cancel

Open the order from My Orders or the Track Order page and cancel it there, while it's still in a cancellable status.

Refunds on cancellation

Cash-on-delivery orders that are cancelled are simply never charged. If you paid online and need help with the refund, contact us with your order number.
