This page explains what information A1 Fat Chicks collects when you use this app, and how it's used. Placing an order or creating an account means you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, delivery address, and order history -- what's needed to take and fulfil an order. If you sign in, we also store your account details and saved addresses. Guest orders are tied to a temporary session instead of an account.

How it's used

• To place, prepare, and deliver your orders.
• To send order updates (confirmation, dispatch, delivery) by SMS or notification.
• To show your past orders and saved addresses when you're signed in.
• To resolve support requests you raise with us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information to third parties. Payment details are handled by our payment processor directly -- we don't store your card or UPI credentials.

Cookies and sessions

A guest cart is tied to a session cookie so your basket survives a page refresh. Signing in replaces that with your account instead.

Your data

You can review or update your saved addresses and account details any time from My Account. For anything else -- including a request to delete your data -- contact us using the details on the Contact Us page.
