By placing an order or creating an account with A1 Fat Chicks, you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is a request to buy, not a guaranteed sale -- an order is only confirmed once we accept it. Product availability, weight, and price are as shown at checkout; live stock can change between browsing and checkout if something sells out.

Pricing

Prices, delivery charges, and offers can change without notice. What you're charged is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.

Delivery

Delivery slots are estimates, not guarantees -- weather, traffic, and order volume can shift them. See Delivery Information for current areas and charges.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled up until they're dispatched -- see Cancellation Policy for exactly when that window closes.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account (and the phone number used to sign in) accurate and secure. We may suspend an account used for abusive or fraudulent activity.

Liability

We aim to get every order right, but we're not liable for delays or losses outside our reasonable control (severe weather, a serviceable-area outage, and similar). Where something on our end does go wrong, our Return & Refund policy explains how we make it right.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
